The gentle acceptance
acrylic on canvas, 80 х 80 сm
A figure exists in a quiet in‑between state, where change has already begun to take shape.
The organic plants around her move slowly forward, while the body rests in a soft, almost contemplative acceptance.
The painting captures the moment when inner calm meets what is growing and transforming.

A room of thoughts
acrylic on canvas, 100 х 80 сm
She tried to run for a long time.
Fear drove her to seek any form of shelter — a place to hide from the world and from her own emotions.
She wanted walls around her — fragile, but strong enough. She wanted to avoid every touch, even the warm ones. She simply didn’t trust anyone.
The room responded: quiet, gentle, almost tender.
It built small borders around her — narrow, but safe.
And for a moment, she actually felt calm.
But within those borders, the thoughts wouldn’t leave her alone.
She tore up memory after memory, until they began to grow around her like living shapes.
Old and new, soft and sharp — they kept growing, even when she begged them to disappear.
Eventually, she stopped fighting.
She saw how the thoughts continued to take up space, without asking permission.
How they filled the room, took the air, wove themselves into everything she tried to hold onto.
And then she understood: they were coming to consume her entirely.
And she — accepted it.
Not as a surrender, but as a quiet truth you can’t run from forever.

What already grows
acrylic, paper on canvas, 80 х 80 сm
In this painting, we meet a still figure, placed at a table with an old teapot that has become a space for life. From it, flowers grow — their fragile stems reaching toward the light. The woman tries to make them bloom — as if she is trying to create something alive outside of herself.
But the true growth is already happening within her. The shapes around her — the black branches, the yellow flower buds — seem to both embrace and press through her.
The painting speaks to the human longing to reinvent oneself, to become brighter, purer, more loving through external action. But at its core, it reflects the opposite: that life is already unfolding within us, even if we’re not yet able to feel it.
It is an image of self-denial, but also of reconciliation.
A quiet reminder that what we seek in others already exists within ourselves — only quieter, deeper, and often invisible.

On the fingertips
acrylic, paper on canvas, 80 х 80 сm
In this work, the female figure is captured in a moment of reflection — her body is tense, as if she is still processing what has been said. Her gaze is turned to the side, fingers near her mouth, gestures caught between self-protection and the desire to say something more. It is a moment after, but not yet released.
The composition is filled with symbolism: the plant in the small purple mug represents inner strength and growth, while the fork suggests the everyday, the earthly — and at the same time, vulnerability. The yellow tablecloth and the soft pink undergarment accent create a sense of conflicting intimacy and warmth.
The artistic language is both expressive and balanced. The use of newspaper, sharp silhouettes, and bold brushstrokes bridges the figurative and the abstract, creating a space that is personal yet speaks to universal emotional life.
This painting is about the conversations that continue within us. About the words left hanging in the air. About how we return to the dialogue, again and again — now in solitude.

Abstract guest
acrylic, paper on canvas, 100 х 80 сm
In Abstract Guest, a room is portrayed without people — yet their presence is still palpable. A table, chairs, cups, a teapot — all these objects appear as silent witnesses to something that has passed: a conversation, a day-to-day life, a relationship, a life.
The chairs lean into the picture space as if they once supported bodies. The teapot and cup seem to still retain warmth. Plants remain standing, but they grow in a vacuum. Time has stopped here — or perhaps just begun again.
The palette, with its earthy ochres, deep purples, and muted grays, evokes both nostalgia and decay. Broad brushstrokes and the flattened perspective give the painting a dreamlike quality — like a faded memory or a trace of something lost.
This is a quiet portrait of absence — a room still waiting, holding on to the form, voice, and scent of a person. A poetic reflection on how objects carry memories and continue to speak even when all has fallen silent.

Silence for Two
acrylic, paper on canvas , 73 х 92 сm
"Silence for Two" captures the fragile, in-between space that exists in moments of quiet presence shared between two people. A man and a woman sit side by side, not touching — yet undeniably connected. Their hands rest near still-life objects: a cup, a bowl of stylized fruits, and potted plants — all symbolic of domestic routine, ritual, and things unsaid.
The composition is rich with pattern and texture: ochre botanical forms press in like thoughts from the edges of the canvas, while purple and red tones wrap around the figures like a warm fog. There is intimacy here — but also a distance. A gaze that doesn’t quite meet. A hand paused mid-gesture.
This painting speaks of shared solitude — the kind that exists in long relationships, in pauses between words, in mornings spent together without needing to speak. The decorative flatness and layered paper elements lend the scene a sense of being both real and remembered, as if the moment were already half a memory.
In this way, "Silence for Two" becomes a poetic study of emotional proximity — how silence can be both comforting and sharp, full and empty, depending on who is listening.

Cutting the Past
acrylic, paper on canvas, 80 х 80 сm
“Cutting the Past” is a metaphorical painting about the invisible threads that bind us to our own history — the emotions, beliefs, traumas, and inherited anxieties that continue to flow from the past into the present.
Two female figures are entangled through a shared strand of hair — one possibly a memory, a shadow of a former self. Between them, a pair of scissors floats in the air, ready to cut, to sever, to liberate.
Cutting, in this context, is not violent — it is intentional, necessary, and healing. It represents a moment of self-determination, a choice to stop carrying what no longer serves the present.
Bold forms, flattened space, and the contrast between warm and cool tones evoke a sense of psychological duality — of conflict and clarity, fear and courage. The stylistic approach blends emotional expression with symbolic precision, inviting the viewer to reflect on their own inner entanglements.
This painting speaks to anyone who has ever needed to let go — and honors the quiet bravery of choosing to live fully in the present.

Applause
acrylic, paper on canvas, 80 х 80 сm
Mixed technique: paper, acrylic on canvas.
The world around is turning into a circus, the spectacle is played out non-stop, but the applause has long since lost its sincerity. “Applause” is not the joy of recognition, but an empty sound that no longer means anything.
The woman in the chair watches this chaos, but there is no surprise in her gaze. It's as if she's seen this spectacle a hundred times before. The slight gesture of her hand is either boredom, an attempt to hold back laughter, or a sign of fatigue. The cat, glued on as if it were a paper detail, only reinforces the sense of artificiality of what is happening.
Everything here is like a decoration: soft textile background, a cozy cup with unfinished tea, ornaments and fabrics - every detail seems to be subordinated to the general illusion of normality. But if you look deeper, in this coziness you can feel detachment, sarcasm, the feeling that we are not a scene from life, but another act of an endless play.
“Applause” is about the moment of realizing that the world is a theater, and the roles have long since been assigned. It's about what it's like to be part of a play that you didn't ask to be a part of.

Somewhere in Between
acrylic on canvas, 80 х 80 сm
This work is filled with tense plasticity and the surreal charm of everyday life. The female figure, as if stretched in space, is frozen in an unnatural pose, connecting with the gaze and gesture of a small sleeping cat. The geometry of the space - the checkered floor, the corners of the furniture - creates a rippling effect, as if the character is balancing between reality and dream.
The coloring of the painting conveys a sense of coziness, but with a note of anxiety: the muted green, yellow and brown shades recall old photographs, and the unusual plasticity of the hands and feet adds theatricality and grotesque. This is a scene in which a familiar moment of interaction with a pet becomes something more - a symbol of an inner state, a reflection on intimacy, loneliness and silence.
The work attracts with its emotional depth, while remaining open to interpretation.

Echoes beneath the skin
acrylic on canvas, 60 х 80 сm
This painting moves in the borderland between presence and the loss of self. The body — like a wave or a shadow — is both fluid and frozen in a state of intense sensitivity. There is a sense of unrest, but also a poetic strength in the way it weaves through the fields of color — as if trying to find a place where it is allowed to exist.
The landscape in the background is like a memory or a dream, with houses that float without ground. A fence divides the image surface — a symbol of boundaries, both external and internal. The strong contrast between the colors emphasizes the emotional charge: pink, yellow, and black are woven together into a state where fragility and force coexist.
This painting is about being in motion — without really knowing where one belongs. It is an attempt to depict a state that isn’t always visible, but is deeply felt within.

Antidepressants
acrylic, paper on canvas, 80 х 60 сm
This work is a bold reflection on emotional vulnerability and the inner search for balance. The painting conveys a sense of introspection through vivid, blurred contrasts, with a figurative image immersed in an intricate, almost dreamlike background. The author uses expressive brushstrokes and muted tones to create the effect of a fragmented reality where the everyday and the abstract merge.
The title 'Antidepressants' hints at the depth of the theme: the desire to find harmony in a world of chaos. The central figure seems to be frozen in a moment of silence, making the viewer want to immerse themselves in her thoughts. The light irony of the title complements the image and adds a touch of modern reflection.
The work is suitable for those who appreciate art that evokes emotions and makes you think about the nature of human experience.

Lost intimacy
acrylic on canvas, 106 х 103 сm
The painting “Lost Intimacy” is full of vital expressions, but it hides the ambiguity of emotions. At first glance, the scene seems bright, light, full of natural elements and physicality. The female figure occupies a central place in the composition, her pose is both relaxed and tense. The open gesture, the jewelry and the symbolism of the fruit create an impression of pleasure, but there is something subtly lost in this scene.
The use of rich, contrasting colors makes the painting dynamic, almost theatrical. The blue-green background with hints of red and orange creates a sensual tension in which the viewer feels the shift between pleasure and anguish, pleasure and loss.
A particularly important piece of clothing is the bra that the heroine holds in her hands, as if it were a symbol of her own liberation or, conversely, loss. This makes the painting narrative: the viewer can interpret this gesture as a metaphor for the changing boundaries of closeness, intimacy and self-perception.
The fruits in the foreground, with their bright, almost hypertrophic appearance, recall traditional symbols of seduction and vitality. But their combination with the heroine's pose makes the scene ambiguous: is this a moment of triumph or vulnerability?
'Lost Intimacy' is a meditation on corporeality, femininity and the moment when intimacy becomes a memory, something that can no longer be held on to. The painting is both sensual and thought-provoking, offering the viewer their own path to interpretation.

A silence colored by the orange
acrylic on canvas, 80 х 60 сm
The painting “A silence colored by the orange” is a tense yet cozy portrait of an inner dialogue. It combines surrealism and expressionism to create the effect of an undulating moment that seems both real and dreamlike.
The central figure, frozen in a pensive silence, embraces a frightened cat whose wide-open eyes reflect the underlying tension of the scene. The rich hues of red, orange and green create a sense of almost festive atmosphere, but the presence of unusual green hands and the hypnotic gaze of the protagonist evoke a sense of ambiguity.
The oranges scattered in the foreground become a symbol of warmth, taste and tactility. They seem to be a link between reality and the inner state of the character, contributing to the sense of the elusive moment.
The painting plays with the theme of silence: is this silence peaceful or filled with anxiety? The viewer is left alone with this mysterious scene and gets the feeling that there is something more lurking here than just a cozy home scene.
“Orange-colored Silence” is a story about the inner world, about the border between calm and hidden anxiety, about the moment when time seems to stand still and allows us to look into ourselves.

Time simmers slowly
acrylic on canvas, 80 х 60 сm
"Time Simmers Slowly" is a contemplation of time’s weight and the quiet intensity of everyday moments. The central figure, immersed in thought, exists in a space that is both domestic and surreal. The stove in the background, a symbol of routine and care, contrasts with the expressive distortion of the figure’s form—elongated limbs, a contemplative gaze, and an aura of silent tension.
The bold color palette of deep blues, reds, and purples creates an atmosphere of internal dialogue, where warmth and coldness coexist. The hands, disproportionately large and accentuated, emphasize an unspoken energy—perhaps the weight of time, the act of waiting, or the emotional residue of memory. The scattered elements of the kitchen dissolve into abstraction, reinforcing the dreamlike quality of the composition.
Through expressive brushstrokes and a fragmented sense of reality, this work invites the viewer to reflect on the slow passage of time, the rituals of daily existence, and the emotions simmering just beneath the surface.

"Sleepless Night" is a haunting yet intimate exploration of insomnia and restless thought. The figure, with wide, glowing eyes and a contemplative posture, exudes a sense of quiet anxiety, caught in a moment of self-reflection. The exaggerated blue hand pressed against the face, the tense expression, and the dreamlike surroundings create an atmosphere that blurs the line between wakefulness and dreaming.
The vibrant yellows and deep purples clash against the subdued blues and greys, mirroring the contrast between inner turbulence and external stillness. The layered textures, rough brushstrokes, and fragmented background elements evoke a sense of mental noise—a visual representation of racing thoughts that refuse to settle.
The surrounding plants, rendered in a surreal, abstract manner, hint at the passage of time, the slow, inescapable march of night toward morning. The work captures the vulnerability of sleeplessness, the isolation of late-night thoughts, and the strange beauty found in those quiet, restless hours.
